CAMP - STEM
Day Camp iCAMP is seeking a Camp Site Director to lead one of our STEM day camp locations. You will run all daily operations during the summer and support staffing, planning, and community outreach during the off-season. On-Season Responsibilities (Full-Time, Summer) Daily Leadership and Operations Manage all on-site operations including rotations, schedules, transitions, lunch, recess, and dismissal. Support instructors and counselors, and serve as the main contact for parents and the leadership team. Safety and Quality Control Maintain camper safety Uphold behavior expectations Follow emergency procedures, and resolve issues quickly. Staff Management Coach staff in real time Manage accountability Oversee timekeeping Control labor hours Run daily huddles and weekly check-ins. Administration and Communication Maintain rosters, schedules, and attendance. Ensure spaces are set up and closed down properly. Approve camper reports and capture photos and videos for updates and marketing. Off-Season Responsibilities (Part-Time, 5 to 15 hrs per week) Staffing and Operations Prep Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding. Support venue coordination, materials planning, and inventory. Community Engagement and Enrollment Growth Host kid-friendly STEM activities, build relationships with community partners, attend local events, and support marketing efforts to increase enrollment. Administrative Support Work on seasonal prep projects and collaborate with leadership on operational improvements. Who You Are You run programs independently and bring at least two years of experience leading a camp or youth program. You manage staff confidently, communicate well with families, and make fast, sound decisions. You are organized, energetic, community-minded, and committed to creating a great experience for kids. •If you prefer constant oversight or a highly predictable environment, this role will not be a fit.•Schedule and Compensation Summer (Full-Time) Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Competitive weekly salary July 6, 2026 - August 14, 2026 Off-Season (Part-Time) 5 to 15 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and hourly pay Additional Performance-based bonus eligibility
