About the Role The Fulfilment & Operations Coordinator is the link between our US warehouse floor and our digital systems. You'll own ecommerce fulfilment for the US market and the day-to-day data that keeps inventory, transfers and stocktakes accurate. You'll also work alongside our US Warehouse Manager on our teamwear orders, bulk B2B orders and event stock preparation. This role is part picker and packer, part systems thinker. You're as comfortable on the floor pulling a same-day ecom order as you are in inventory system processing a stock adjustment or reconciling a stocktake. You don't need to be an IT specialist but you are tech-native. You understand systems instead of just using them. You'll report directly to our Operations Manager in Melbourne and work daily alongside our US Warehouse Manager in Shelton. You'll be the ecommerce and systems lead in the US, supporting the broader warehouse operation as part of a tight team. Please note this role is for 32 hours per week, with the view of increasing to 40 hours as the business grows. What you'll be responsible for Ecommerce fulfilment via Shopify. Pick, pack and dispatch retail orders with high accuracy, working to same-day shipping targets for orders received before 12pm Digital systems ownership in Cin7. Product barcodes, stock transfers, stock adjustments, stock levels and stocktakes Assist the US Warehouse Manager on teamwear orders, bulk B2B orders, club shop fulfilment, major account picks and event preparation Customer service liaison. Work with our Australian customer service team on order issues, returns and replacements Event support. Drive gear to US event locations during events season, including overnight travel when required Australian team coordination. Daily communication via email and Teams, including occasional video calls outside standard hours Key partners and platforms Shopify Cin7 Core (experience with any inventory management or WMS system is valuable)

Outlook and Microsoft Teams What We're Looking For Warehouse experience, ideally across both direct-to-consumer and bulk B2B fulfilment Strong Shopify experience required, Cin7 advantageous, any WMS exposure valuable Apparel experience preferred. Sizing, style and fit complexity makes this category different to general warehouse work Tech-native. You self-teach systems, troubleshoot when something breaks and look for ways to make the workflow faster Highly organised with sharp attention to detail. Picking and packing accuracy is of high value Valid US driver's license with a clean record. Comfortable driving a cargo van or small truck for occasional event support - preferred Available for occasional event travel including overnight stays - preferred Lives within commuting distance of Shelton, Connecticut Authorised to work in the United States without sponsorship Heavy truck driving capability (CDL) is a bonus, not required Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, with frequent lifting of 10 to 25 lbs Stand and walk for the majority of an 8 hour shift Occasional bending, reaching, kneeling and climbing Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled Keen to Apply?
