We are looking for a reliable and proactive Shift Manager to oversee operations during assigned shifts and support the General Manager and ownership team. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and able to keep the team on track while maintaining a positive and professional environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shift operations, support staff, and ensure all policies, procedures, and service standards are followed. Maintain a smooth, safe, and professional environment while addressing guest or staff concerns promptly.
