This role requires an active Connecticut real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire). This is a leadership position responsible for improving the systems, people, technology, reporting, and operational performance of a growing real estate company. You will work directly with the Team Leader and Sales Manager to turn vision into execution, build scalable systems, improve profitability, and create an organization that runs efficiently without constant oversight. If you love building systems, solving problems, leading people, improving processes, and creating order from chaos, we want to meet you. Real estate experience is helpful but not required. What You'll Be Responsible ForAdministrative Team Leadership Responsible for our operations as a team, including: Listing Management Transaction Management Future Administrative Team Members Vendors and Contractors Responsibilities include: Hiring Onboarding Training Performance Management Capacity Planning Assisting team agents with addendums, listing input and contracts Team Accountability Operations Management Own the systems that keep the business running.
Responsibilities include:
Documenting and improving company processes Creating and maintaining SOPs Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks Implementing operational improvements Building scalable systems for future growth Ensuring consistency across all departments Financial Management Track, monitor, and improve business performance.
Key metrics include:
Gross Commission Income (GCI) Net Profit Administrative Costs Listings Taken Listings Sold Contracts Closings Sales Volume Responsibilities include: Budget preparation Expense management Vendor negotiations Profitability analysis Weekly reporting Technology & Systems Oversee and optimize company technology platforms.
Examples include:
CRM Systems Transaction Management Platforms AI Tools Reporting Dashboards Communication Systems Responsibilities include: Technology implementation User adoption System optimization Troubleshooting coordination Client Experience Ensure every client receives a consistent five-star experience.
