Manager in Training In-Person Hiring Event - June 11th - 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. interview sessions Join the J.B. Hunt team as a Manager Trainee and become a vital piece of our driver and field operations in our Harbeson, DE location! This position is responsible for learning the management of a small driver count and/or non-traditional shifts, ensuring safe and timely movement of freight, load assignment and providing best-in-class customer service. Job Details Start out averaging around $60,000 a year Support daily fleet operations by building strong relationships with drivers and carriers, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring on-time service. Assist with driver training, safety compliance, load planning, and issue resolution while analyzing performance, managing reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement and profitability.
