Job Description
Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel at either a large site or multiple small sites to ensure the timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and service.
Job Description Responsibilities:
Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling and coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders. Ensure overall quality of the items delivered. Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet the established production schedules and service levels. Create all needed paperwork, the completion of all required functions and the electronic receipt of finished goods. Ensure compliance with all regulatory functions that apply. Ensure customer needs and expectations are met by ensuring product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions are inline with or exceed expectations. Conduct site audits, annual physical inventory. Regularly interact with management, sales and customers on matters concerning functional areas. Travel to new site locations within region to train staff, establish procedures and evaluate needs of the customer.Management responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees. Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years' experience in a related field Previous SAP and Catalyst experience. At least 3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. The anticipated salary range for this position: $62,000.00 - $93,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
