This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations that support our company's growth and excellence. As an integral part of our operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to drive process improvements, manage resources, and contribute to achieving operational goals. Key Objectives Support and oversee daily operational activities to maintain efficiency and quality standards. Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and implement best practices. Assist in managing resources, schedules, and performance metrics. Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily operations to ensure seamless workflow across departments. Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support change management efforts. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve operational challenges promptly. Support inventory management, resource allocation, and scheduling activities. Participate in training and development initiatives to build operational expertise. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of operational processes and performance metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
