Position Summary BAM Franchising, Inc. is seeking experienced Field Coaches to partner with franchise owners across the United States to drive financial performance, operational consistency, and an exceptional customer experience. This full-time, regionally based role serves as the primary operational advisor from grand opening and beyond, providing hands-on coaching, training, and strategic guidance to support franchisee success. Location & Travel This is a regionally based position, and candidates must reside within the assigned East Coast region and will be expected to travel regularly to support and visit their designated franchise locations. For this position, the assigned East Coast region currently includes Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina; however, regional territories are subject to change as the franchise continues to grow and evolve. What You'll Do Partner with franchise owners to improve store performance, profitability, and operational execution Analyze KPIs, financials, and performance data to identify opportunities and drive results Coach and train franchisees and their teams on best practices and brand standards Support new store openings and ongoing operational improvements Identify and help resolve operational challenges in the field Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards Act as a liaison between franchisees and corporate, sharing feedback to improve systems and support What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, or district/area management Strong business acumen with experience interpreting financial and operational data Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with business owners Willingness to travel regularly within your region (up to 50%) Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Why This Role Stands Out High-impact role directly influencing franchisee success and business growth Autonomy to manage your region while being supported by a collaborative corporate team Opportunity to work closely with business owners and drive meaningful results
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
