Compensation Breakdown Base salary:

$75,000 Profit sharing: 10% of center profits — you grow it, you earn it

Commission:

additional earnings on membership and service sales Total potential: $100,000+ for the right operator There is no arbitrary cap here. Your income scales with the center's performance. What You Will Own Full center operations — staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and daily execution Lead, coach, and develop a front desk and clinical support team to deliver exceptional patient experience and consistent performance Drive KPIs that matter: membership conversions, rebooking rates, new patient acquisition, average ticket, and provider utilization Own patient reactivation and community outreach — you are the face of this center in Aventura Report directly to ownership and collaborate on revenue growth, cost control, and performance improvement Oversee retail and membership sales — every patient conversation is an opportunity Operate within the 4Ever Young franchise system while thinking and acting like an owner of this location Why This Role Is Different Most center manager positions hand you a running operation and ask you to maintain it. Proven national brand:

4Ever Young's clinical model and member programs give you a system that works. Your job is to activate it. Who We Are Looking For 5+ years managing a wellness, medical aesthetics, medspa, dermatology, or luxury high-service retail environment A demonstrated track record of growing revenue, building teams, and owning performance metrics with accountability Experience with membership sales, patient retention, and reactivation strategies Familiarity with CRM or practice management platforms — Zenoti experience is a strong plus Someone who reads the P&L, not just the daily schedule A leader who can hold a team to a high standard and lead them with empathy at the same time Bilingual English and Spanish is a meaningful advantage in the Aventura market About Everbond Wellness LLC Everbond Wellness is the ownership group behind this 4Ever Young location.
