We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day business functions. You will drive operational excellence by managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring financial health through oversight of payroll and invoicing. $75,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Direct all daily operations including service, maintenance, and admin functions. Manage inventory life-cycle, vendor partnerships, and procurement. Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability and safety. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements:
5+ years in operations management; experience in HVAC, logistics, or corporate HQ environments preferred.
