The Mission As our Operations Manager, you own the flow between the Warehouse, Quality Control (QC), Graphics, and Event Management. You are the bridge that ensures our vision is executed flawlessly on the floor. You will directly supervise the Warehouse Manager and oversee the entire lifecycle of an event's preparation. Workflow:

Oversee daily priorities for the Warehouse, Graphics, and QC departments. You ensure everyone knows what they are doing, when it's due, and exactly how it must be executed.

System Architect:

You don't just follow SOPs; you create, maintain, and enforce them. From QC testing protocols to Monday.com documentation, you ensure we run on systems, not memory.

Quality & Readiness:

You are the final line of defense. You ensure graphics are installed perfectly, equipment is repaired before it's needed, and inventory (cables, props, consumables) is 100% accounted for.

Problem Solver & Escalation Leader:

When a deadline is at risk or equipment fails, you lead with calm, decisive, solution-focused thinking.

Resource Planning:

Anticipate needs before they become emergencies. You'll manage back-stock, forecast for upcoming peak seasons, and approve equipment upgrades.

Who You Are A Disciplined Leader:

You lead with confidence and logic, not aggression. You know how to hold a team accountable to a "Gold Standard."

Logistically Minded:

You understand the "Tetris" of event prep—how graphics, electronics, and warehouse flow must sync up.

Tech-Savvy:

Pressure-Tested:

You enjoy the fast pace of the event industry and stay organized when the warehouse is buzzing. Qualifications 3-5+ years in Operations Management (Event Production, Logistics, or high-volume Manufacturing preferred). Proven experience managing teams and departmental workflows.
