Job Description

Job Summary:
The Offsite Linen Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations at an offsite linen depot within a healthcare facility. This role ensures efficient linen distribution, inventory control, and quality standards while coordinating closely with hospital teams and the main laundry facility. The position also includes regular hospital visits to support operations, build relationships, and ensure service expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily depot operations, including distribution, storage, and inventory tracking Supervise staff, schedules, and workflow to ensure efficiency and quality Coordinate and ensure timely linen deliveries by working closely with the health system's distribution team Conduct regular hospital visits to support operations and ensure service quality Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and manage costs Serve as liaison between depot, hospital staff, and leadership Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards Troubleshoot operational issues and make independent decisions
Qualifications:
Supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, healthcare, or operations. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage inventory, staff, and multiple priorities.
