Job Manager Field Operations

Ken's Gutters is a fast-growing national home services company managing gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning projects for apartment communities across multiple states. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Job Manager to oversee scheduling, coordination, and execution of service jobs across assigned territories. This is not a passive admin role. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating technicians and subcontractors, solving scheduling issues, communicating with property managers, and making sure jobs are completed successfully. What You'll Be Doing Manage scheduling for gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning projects nationwide Coordinate directly with field technicians and subcontractors Communicate with apartment communities and property managers Monitor schedules, job progress, and completion timelines Handle reschedules, routing changes, and operational issues quickly Ensure job notes, updates, and documentation stay accurate Work across multiple systems to keep operations organized Take ownership of your assigned territory and ensure jobs are completed efficiently What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience in dispatch, operations coordination, scheduling, logistics, or field service support Experience in industries like HVAC, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, construction, moving, or home services is highly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage high-volume coordination without losing attention to detail Confident communicator who can work with technicians, vendors, and clients professionally Someone calm under pressure who can solve problems quickly Comfortable learning and using software systems and CRM platforms This Role Is NOT For Someone Who… Gets overwhelmed easily with constant communication and moving schedules Prefers slow-paced environments Needs heavy supervision to stay organized Struggles managing multiple priorities at once Why Join Ken's Gutters Stable and growing national company Real responsibility and ownership Strong systems and processes already in place Opportunity for long-term growth into senior operations leadership Supportive team environment Compensation & Schedule $24-$29/hour depending on experience Full-time, in-office role Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Based in Clearwater, FL If you enjoy keeping operations organized, solving logistical challenges, and making sure jobs get done right, we'd love to hear from you.
