What You ll
Do Drive End-to-End Efficiency:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of our products-from initial inventory intake to picking, packing, and final doorstep delivery. Optimize the Floor:
Champion Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to crush bottlenecks, slash operational costs, and boost fulfillment speed. Master Inventory Control:
Maintain flawless inventory integrity through smart tracking, proactive auditing, and strategic stock management. Lead & Inspire:
Hire, train, and mentor a top-tier team of supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, growth, and accountability. Collaborate & Report:
Partner with external 3PLs and internal teams (IT, HR, Customer Service) while tracking high-impact KPIs to present to leadership. What You Bring Experience:
3-5+ years of leadership in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environments. Tech Savvy:
Mastery of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Excel. Mindset:
A data-driven problem solver who thrives under pressure and communicates effortlessly across teams. Bonus Points:
A Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, or certifications like APICS (CPIM) and Lean Six Sigma. The Environment This is a hands-on, high-octane role on the warehouse floor. You should be comfortable working flexible shifts alongside your team and leading by example in a physical, active setting.

Tracking stock levels, preventing stock-outs or overstocking, and conducting regular audits to maintain inventory integrity. Team Leadership:
Hiring, training, and motivating a diverse team of supervisors and associates. This includes managing performance and fostering a culture of safety. Process Optimization:
Identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve speed and reduce operational costs. Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborating with external partners like 3PLs (third- party logistics) and internal departments such as IT, HR, and Customer Service. KPI Reporting:
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators like order accuracy, delivery lead times, and fulfillment costs.
