This role will work closely with management to improve efficiency, monitor costs, conduct cost-of-sales (COS) audits, and help drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, financially minded, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Supervise the preparation and validation of flash weekly and reliable monthly financial reports
  • Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profitability of contracts including product pricing
  • Develop with leadership guidance, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow
  • Analyze operational costs and identify areas for improved efficiency Cost of Sales (COS) Audits
  • Conduct regular COS audits to verify accuracy and profitability
  • Review vendor pricing, purchasing, labor, and operational expenses
  • Identify discrepancies, waste, and opportunities for margin improvement
  • Work with department managers to optimize efficient interaction, work flow and reporting Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day general business operations and administrative functions including HR management
  • Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows through analysis of internal systems and communication for efficient operation and accountability
  • Manage inventory control, vendor coordination, scheduling, and logistics as needed
  • Help implement KPIs and operational performance tracking Leadership & Communication
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between departments
  • Support ownership with strategic planning and operational execution
  • Maintain organized reporting and documentation systems
  • Assist with special projects and company growth initiatives Qualifications
  • Experience in business operations, finance, and management
  • Strong organizational, people and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and interpret financial reports and operational data
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and cost analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, adobe and business management software
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience
  • Background in management of hard goods products sales and service valued 5k + through dealers and higher net worth customers preferably in marine, automotive, manufacturing, or service industries
  • Experience with accounting practices and QuickBooks mandatory
  • Inventory management systems and methods a strong plus
  • Proven people management skills required Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
