Job Description:
A UHNW Principal is hiring a Turkish-speaking House Manager to lead a new private residence in Miami. The role starts as a setup hire ahead of the Principal's full move-in towards the end of 2026, then becomes the on-site authority for day-to-day operations and a small household team. This is not a step-up role. The Principal is hiring for confirmed experience and reports the role to a Global House Manager within a wider multi-residence portfolio. $100,000 to $150,000 gross per annum DOE plus benefits and discretionary bonus. Miami, Florida. Live-in or live-out for the right candidate.
What you bring:
Five plus years already in House Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or equivalent senior household role within a UHNW or HNW private residence. Fluent Turkish and English, both non-negotiable. US work authorisation. Hands-on operational instincts. You walk the residence, check rooms, supervise staff, and step in practically. Experience supervising a small household team and coordinating vendors, contractors, stock, and basic budgets. Calm and discreet under pressure.
What makes this role distinctive:
A setup hire. You will bring a new residence to life from a blank canvas: standards, systems, suppliers, routines. A small, service-capable team to lead: three Housekeepers, a private chef, and a driver. Possible travel during the setup phase to support the Principal at other residences and hotels.
