You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your region in meeting its goals and supporting overall business objectives. Additional key areas of responsibility include: Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback by working along side teams on floor to assess, develop, mentor and train Restaurant Managers. Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained. Daily and weekly reporting. Must have a car and able to travel between multiple locations daily. Must have a smart phone to be able to conduct restaurant visits and enter into reporting ap. Delegate and follow up.
