Director of Operations

Chipshot is Daytona's newest destination for indoor pickleball, golf simulators, and gastropub dining. We combine competitive indoor sports with craft food, a self-pour beer wall, and an incredible guest experience.

Position Summary:

We're looking for an experienced and high-energy Director of Operations to lead operations of Chipshot. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for revenue growth, guest experience, staffing, and overseeing daily operations across all departments.

Responsibilities:

Oversees pickleball, golf simulator, restaurant/bar, and corporate/private events operations. Hires, trains, and maintains positive working environment for Front of House, Back of House, Administrative, and Court teams. Drives membership enrollment, manages revenue growth, and cultivates event bookings through strategic quarterly and annual targets. Supervises shift leadership alongside Assistant General Manager; maintains appropriate daily staffing levels and supports expo, kitchen, or guest service when needed. Ensures POS, Beer Wall, and Court Booking systems run smoothly and troubleshoots when necessary. Cultivates a culture of professionalism, positivity, and respect.

Requirements:

5+ years in hospitality, restaurant, or sports venue management required Experience managing a team of direct reports required, experience with 20+ direct reports preferred Experience managing F&B, kitchen service, and POS systems required, knowledge of Toast, PourMyBeer, and/or OpenCourt preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Adaptable, dependable, team-oriented Must be available evenings and weekends Prior experience opening a new venue is a plus Apply today to join one of Daytona's most exciting new brands!
