Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of business processes, with a focus on achieving operational excellence. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization meets its goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the organization as it relates to Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Procurement, and Logistics Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations throughout the provision of effective methods and strategies Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization Review of financial data to improve profitability Assist in the preparation and control of operational budgets as they relate to manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the assigned departments your responsibilities lie in Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals Monitor adherence to company policy, rules and regulations Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staffing. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance to corporate goals and objectives Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans Other duties as assigned by the

implementation Ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 15+ years' experience in operations management Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management Knowledge of business management principles and practices Knowledge of human resource, financial and accounting principles and practices Knowledge of project management principles and practices Information Technologies skills Proficient in logistics (procurement and transportation) We look forward to your application!
