Full Job Description Job Objective:
Drive operational and financial performance by leading Reliability of Terminal(s) and or associated pipeline Operations, while working towards a more cohesive, integrated operation between business groups. Work towards Continuous Improvement to maximize terminal and pipeline utilization and efficiency. Champion process discipline, operational excellence, and a unified culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Through strong leadership and cross-business alignment, ensure consistent execution, improved profitability. Supervise, develop, and support Terminal Operators/Pipeliners and technicians to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient operations, excellent customer service and project support. In alignment with Corporate and Business management, implement process-based strategies and tactics towards Continuous Improvement. Provide necessary guidance for daily project activities with a focus on technician and operator utilization, customer satisfaction, productivity, cost management and efficiency. Review all third-party support businesses for processes that can be performed in-house. Support Continuous Improvement of other Business groups to champion all corporate initiatives and ensure smooth integration into field operations. Drive financial performance at or above budget in the areas of labor & expense management, EBITDA, Flow Thru, and Safety Metrics. Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, for work to be performed during non-peak period, and to limit downtime that impacts customers 811 One Call tickets oversight, Emergency tickets being responded to, encroachment reviews, unmonitored encroachment follow-ups. Develop a high-performing team by actively participating in hiring, training, and professional development of operators and technicians. Provide auxiliary support with technical troubleshooting of customer dispute resolution, reporting, and analysis as needed. Partner with business and finance teams on accurate forecasting, project tracking, and budget management. Facilitate efficient communication between field operations and Engineering and Commercial teams. Manage execution of new processes, tools, and standards across regional terminals. Ensure documentation and oversee adherence to operational SOPs, ensuring consistent application of daily, weekly, and project-based processes. Analyze business trends of terminal and pipeline volumes to identify needs of the customer. Monitor and manage operational KPIs such as project budgets, utilization rates, safety performance, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships between service teams, commercial teams, and business leadership to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency. This position is "On-Call" 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Requirements:

Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Relevant current supervisory / management experience is required for consideration Minimum 5 years of experience in liquid products terminal operations and/or petroleum logistics operations in a unionized environment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with customers and senior management as well as Engineering, Business Development, and other departments. Knowledge of marine, truck transport, rail, and labor relations preferred. Knowledge of Industry procedures and policies is a plus. Good oral and written communication skills are essential. Demonstrated management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Valid Driver's License Strong systems (IT) knowledge including databases and reporting software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written, oral communication and computer skills. Leadership skills and ability to work well with Operators and Pipeliners. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven team player. Knowledge of HES standards and environmental regulations as they pertain to petrochemical field maintenance work. Petrochemical or industrial field maintenance experience
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
