As a Mobile Operations Manager in Fort Myers, you will operate a fully equipped service van, acting as the face of KeyMe Locksmiths. This full-time role offers the independence of running your own workshop with the support of a rapidly growing brand. You will travel to prime retail locations, provide essential automotive services, and drive measurable results. Responsibilities Operate and manage a fully equipped mobile workshop van as your own business unit. Travel to retail partner locations to engage with customers and provide on-site services. Perform automotive key duplication and programming for standard, chip, fob, and remote keys. Deliver high-quality, 5-star customer service with speed and technical precision. Use company-provided tablets and POS systems to manage inventory, sales, and customer support. Maintain a professional, clean, and efficient mobile workspace. Track daily performance goals and take ownership of your unit's success. Requirements Self-motivated individual ready to work independently and take initiative. Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile applications and tablets. Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity for technical tasks. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Experience in automotive locksmithing or key cutting is a plus, though we full training.
