Client Services & Operations Coordinator Precision Measurement Inc. - Fort Walton Beach, FL Full-Time |
On-Site Pay Range:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience Precision Measurement Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services & Operations Coordinator to support customer accounts, administrative workflows, and daily service operations at our Fort Walton Beach calibration laboratory. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with customers, and experienced with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and account-related documentation. You will help keep customer orders, quotes, invoices, equipment records, and service schedules moving accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will support both customer service and internal operations for our calibration and testing services.
Responsibilities include:
Entering and managing customer orders, quotes, invoices, and payments in QuickBooks Tracking customer equipment and service activity using Indysoft Creating packing slips, service reports, and related documentation Preparing quotes and schedules for on-site calibration work Monitoring customer accounts, blanket purchase agreements, and outstanding balances Communicating with customers regarding calibration status, results, and out-of-tolerance notifications Using customer portals such as S2P, Exostar, SAP, and COUPA Coordinating with shipping, laboratory technicians, and other internal teams on returns, expedites, and job status Ordering parts and supplies from vendors as needed Maintaining organized and accurate records across multiple systems Qualifications The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications:
Experience using QuickBooks Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on deadlines Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with account records, order processing, and administrative workflows Preferred Experience The following experience is helpful but not required: Familiarity with Indysoft or other lab management software Experience working with customer portals such as S2P, Exostar, SAP, or COUPA Background in calibration, testing, manufacturing, technical services, or a similar environment Experience supporting customer accounts, billing, purchasing, or service coordination Compensation & Benefits Precision Measurement Inc. offers competitive hourly pay and a benefits package for full-time employees.
