7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to oversee roll forming operations, manage production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Responsibilities Supervise production floor employees Ensure production goals and deadlines are met Maintain quality and safety standards Train and coach team members Resolve production issues and improve workflow Coordinate with maintenance and management teams Requirements 3+ years of production supervisory experience 5 to 10 years experience in roll forming, metal fabrication, or manufacturing Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production processes and safety compliance #
