Position Overview We are seeking a strong, energetic, and highly organized Wellness Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can manage people, solve problems in real time, and maintain structure under pressure. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, team accountability, and an exceptional client experience. This is a high-energy, fast-paced position. If you cannot handle pressure or multitasking, this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily facility operations Lead, supervise, and support staff (Licensed Massage Therapists & front desk team) Ensure a high-level client experience from check-in to service completion Manage scheduling, client flow, and real-time operational challenges Handle client communication (in-person, phone, WhatsApp) Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team performance management Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards Monitor daily financial activity, payments, and reporting Drive client retention, membership conversions, and overall business growth Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times Qualifications (REQUIRED) Bilingual (English & Spanish) - MUST Proven experience in operations management, wellness, fitness, or clinic environment preferred Strong leadership and decision-making ability under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and punctual Schedule Part-Time Thursday, Friday, Saturday Must be flexible based on operational needs What We're Looking For We are looking for a strong leader who takes ownership, maintains structure, and can operate at a high level daily.
