Indiantown / Travel Throughout Florida About Us Florida Hydroseeding & Erosion Control is a fast-growing erosion control contractor specializing in hydroseeding, silt fence installation, turf reinforcement mats, inlet protection, revetments, and large-scale FDOT and private site development work throughout Florida.

We are looking for a strong field leader who understands erosion control operations, can manage crews and production, read plans, solve problems in the field, and help us continue scaling statewide.

This is a high-opportunity role for someone who wants to grow with a company long term. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Erosion Control Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple projects throughout Florida.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of erosion control systems, understands construction site operations, can lead crews effectively, communicate with project managers and superintendents, and maintain high production and quality standards.

This position is for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and wants to help build one of the top erosion control companies in Florida. Responsibilities Manage daily field operations and multiple erosion control crews Read and interpret site plans, grading plans, and erosion control details Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment Supervise installation of: Silt fence Hydroseeding Turf reinforcement mats (TRMs) Revetments Inlet protection Erosion control blanket systems Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification Train and mentor crew members Communicate with general contractors, inspectors, and project managers Operate and oversee erosion control equipment when needed Troubleshoot field issues and maintain project production goals Help improve systems and processes as the company expands statewide Qualifications Experience in erosion control, site development, earthwork, or related construction field Strong knowledge of: Silt fence installation Hydroseeding operations TRMs and erosion control products Heavy equipment and construction operations Ability to read and understand construction plans Leadership and crew management experience Strong work ethic and accountability Valid driver's license Willingness to travel throughout Florida as needed Preferred FDOT project experience CDL Bilingual (English/Spanish) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based growth opportunities Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates Opportunity to grow into senior leadership as the company expands statewide Long-term career opportunity with a fast-growing company Why Join Us? Pay:

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
