Restoration Crew Chief Fides Restoration
  • Jupiter, FL Full-time Fides Restoration, a locally and veteran-owned restoration company, is looking for a motivated and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will: Lead and manage a small team of restoration technicians Take ownership of on-site restoration projects , including water, fire, and mold damage mitigation Be hands-on and actively involved in the physical work Maintain accurate documentation and ensure job completion meets company and industry standards Oversee and maintain the company vehicle and warehouse Serve as the on-site point of contact for both the team and customers This is a leadership role for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty , solve problems in real-time, and set the tone for quality and professionalism on every job.
Qualifications:
IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Mold Remediation (AMRT or equivalent)
  • Required 2+ years of experience in water/mold restoration
  • Required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Required Excellent leadership, communication, and job management skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in challenging environments Must be available to work occasional weekends (less than 25% of the time)
