• Lake Worth, FL Diamond Auto Spa is looking for a strong, motivated, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-growing full-service car wash and detailing facility.

We are looking for someone who can lead a team, solve problems, manage employees, increase sales, deliver excellent customer service, and keep operations running smoothly every day. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and keeps the business operating at a high level. ##

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily car wash operations
• Open and close the facility properly
• Manage employees and daily staffing
• Conduct interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training
• Create and manage weekly schedules
• Supervise customer service and vehicle flow
• Train staff on membership sales and package upgrades
• Ensure employees are upselling properly
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor labor productivity and employee performance
• Ensure all cash, credit card transactions, and registers balance properly
• Print and review daily reports
• Reconcile cash and credit card totals
• Ensure tunnel, vacuums, detailing areas, and property stay clean and organized
• Monitor inventory, chemicals, towels, and supplies
• Assist staff during busy periods when needed
• Enforce company procedures and professionalism
• Track memberships, sales goals, and operational performance
• Communicate directly with ownership regarding operations and issues ##

Qualifications:

• Management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience is a major plus
• Ability to manage employees in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Must be dependable, organized, and motivated
• Weekend availability required ##
