HVAC/R - Operations & General Manager, Equity Opportunities

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HVAC/R Operations / General Manager to lead a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration branch expansion for our HVAC/R Residential and Commercial full-service company. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, overseeing business growth, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for leadership, a keen eye for process improvement, and a proven track record in managing complex HVAC/R operations. As the leader of our team, you will inspire innovation, foster a safety-first environment, and develop strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Duties Oversee daily HVAC/R operations and ~12-15 employees Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and enhance operational performance. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, installers, and support staff to achieve company goals. Manage profit and loss statements by controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and driving revenue growth through business development initiatives. Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions to increase productivity. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to support sales efforts and foster long-term business growth. Skills

MANDATORY

5-10+ years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience in field and leadership roles, advanced level of electrical knowledge, duct work, package units, RTUs, single and multi-stage A/C units, etc. Proven management experience within HVAC/R or related technical industries with a focus on operational leadership. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute actionable plans. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and promote a collaborative work environment. Deep understanding of profit & loss management to ensure financial health of the division. Supervising experience that demonstrates effective team development and performance management. Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market presence through sales strategies. Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Commitment to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
