Our client is seeking a Director of Spa & Wellness for a luxury hospitality and club environment. This leadership role will oversee all day-to-day spa and wellness operations, ensuring an elevated guest experience while maintaining the tranquility, aesthetic excellence, and operational success of the facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive financial performance, uphold Forbes-level service standards, and create a welcoming, luxury-focused environment for members and guests.Key areas of responsibility include:
- Overseeing daily spa, wellness, and fitness operations
- Leading, recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
- Driving guest satisfaction and maintaining exceptional hospitality standards
- Managing budgets, forecasting, payroll, retail performance, inventory, and operational reporting
- Implementing operational procedures, maintenance programs, and compliance standards
- Overseeing luxury retail product selection, vendor relationships, and merchandising
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, and operational regulations
- Partnering across departments to integrate wellness seamlessly into overall club operations Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5-10+ years of executive-level spa leadership experience within luxury resorts, hotels, or private clubs
- Experience in Forbes, 4-Star/5-Star, or equivalent luxury hospitality environments
- Strong financial acumen and operational management experience
- Expertise in luxury skincare, wellness, beauty, and spa retail operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
