This is a full-time leadership position ideal for experienced professionals in healthcare operations and multi-site management. The Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring each center delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting operational, financial, and compliance goals. This role serves as a strategic partner to Site Managers and Executive Leadership, driving consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all locations. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee daily operations across multiple centers to ensure efficiency, consistency, and service quality Conduct routine site visits to monitor workflows, patient experience, and team performance Ensure execution of company standards, policies, and clinical support processes Partner with Site Managers and leadership to proactively resolve operational challenges Lead performance management efforts including coaching, corrective actions, and development planning Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention Partner with HR on employee relations, investigations, and progressive discipline Drive performance across key metrics, including: Membership growth and volume Productivity and staffing efficiency Revenue cycle performance (eligibility, referrals, front-end accuracy) Patient satisfaction and retention Quality and value-based care outcomes Utilization management Analyze trends and implement action plans to improve center performance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and audit requirements Maintain readiness for internal and external audits Monitor documentation practices, EMR utilization, and operational accuracy Reinforce a culture of accountability and regulatory compliance Identify opportunities for growth, service expansion, and process improvement Lead implementation of new workflows, initiatives, and company processes Support value-based care initiatives focused on preventive care, quality outcomes, and reduced hospitalizations Respond to operational incidents, urgent issues, and regulatory concerns Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic and performance initiatives
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of multi-site management experience , preferably in healthcare or medical centers Strong understanding of clinic operations, patient flow, and revenue cycle processes Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage change Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
