Catering Operations Coordinator

Corporate Caterers is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced kitchen operations team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a food-focused environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly. As a key connection between our clients and culinary team, you will manage catering orders, communicate important menu details and special requests, coordinate with kitchen staff, and help ensure every order is executed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

Handle customer calls, emails, and catering inquiries in English and Spanish Process and manage catering orders with accuracy and efficiency Communicate dietary requests, menu changes, and special notes clearly to kitchen staff Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel and Office tools Assist with scheduling, logistics, inventory tracking, and light operational support Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in English and Spanish Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen-based office Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Customer service or call center experience preferred Interest or experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is a plus Join a team that delivers exceptional food and service experiences every day while playing a vital role in our daily operations.
