Job Description

Our client, a high-profile, entrepreneur, is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residences and related assets. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is accustomed to supporting well-known individuals with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations and upkeep of multiple residences, including coordination with vendors and service providers
  • Manage and lead a household staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution and high standards across all properties
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, and family-related logistics across residences
  • Oversee household finances, including expense tracking, vendor payments, and budget management
  • Partner closely with external property teams and seasonal staff to ensure continuity across locations
  • Implement and manage systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting high-profile or celebrity individuals/families is required
  • Proven experience managing private households and leading staff
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy (experience with tools like Asana is a plus)
