ROLE SUMMARY
Delilah Miami is seeking a Floor Manager with experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurants. The Floor Manager will be responsible for daily restaurant operations along with training new staff. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures. Oversee the new hire paperwork and training of new staff members. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment. Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity. Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM. Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a full-service, high-volume, fine dining establishment. Must be 21+ years of age. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting. Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments. Strong knowledge of front and back house operations. Great decision making and organizational skills. Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team. Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service.
