Compensation & Benefits $60,000 salary (starting equivalent $28.85/hr ) Final offer based on qualifications and value added; discussed during interview. Bonuses + Profit Share (based on performance and goals)
PTO:
80 hours/year after probation; increases to 120+ hours with longevity
Paid Holidays:
6-8 paid holidays/year (approximately 64 hours total) Medical Insurance 401(k)Schedule (Rotating between 2-3 locations for cross-training) Sunday-Thursday (Friday/Saturday OFF)
Sun:
8:30-5:00 PM Monday-Thursday 12:00/12:30 PM - 8:00/8:30 PM On-call as necessary Role Overview You will lead the office team and support teaching operations across locations—driving results through strong systems, coaching, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll build the team, train daily, run meetings, solve problems, and uphold high standards. Leadership Responsibilities Hire and onboard new office team members and teaching faculty Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team Conduct weekly meetings and set weekly team goals Set individual goals and track performance Plan and host school events (including destination recitals) Handle escalations, difficult situations, and conflict resolution Order and manage retail items/inventory Office Operations Responsibilities Convert inquiries by offering the right program options to prospective students Register and onboard new students Answer phones and communicate professionally with parents/students Process paperwork and administrative tasks accurately and on time Manage teacher schedules and support staffing needs Prepare retail packages and process operational checklists Communicate updates and reports to the executive office Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years experience in a fast-paced environment (restaurant, fitness, hospitality, retail, education, music industry, etc.; admin experience strongly preferred) Strong phone skills and comfort handling high call volume 2+ years customer service experience 3-5 years management experience Proven ability to solve conflicts and manage difficult situations professionally Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Enthusiastic, positive, growth-minded attitude What Success Looks Like Consistent, professional parent experience across all locations A trained, accountable, motivated office team Smooth scheduling and operations with minimal errors Strong enrollment conversion and retention Events executed with excellence and attention to detail To apply: Reply with your resume and a brief note about your management experience and why you're interested in a multi-location leadership role.
