Job Description Summary:
Position Responsibilities Leads onboarding operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution. Maintain SOPs, partners with HR leadership on escalations, operational decisions, and risk mitigation. Drives performance, builds technical capability, and establishes operating routines to ensure consistent, audit-ready execution and strong customer service. Provides operational reporting and KPIs to support decisions and track effectiveness of talent operations. Manages Workday technical and functional operations for the Recruiting function. Configures workflows, and ensures seamless system integrations to optimize the entire recruitment function. Sets up and maintain recruiting/onboarding business processes, templates, and automated workflows. Oversees the transition of hires from candidates to employees, managing pre-hire/onboarding process. Resolves system errors, assists end-users (recruiters, onboarding coordinators, and hiring managers), and partners with HRIS teams during system updates. Builds dashboards and reports to track vital recruitment metrics. Responsible for training of new staff. Serves as a resource to Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Provides consultation and guidance as needed. Identifies learning gaps and works to provide training as needed, maintaining operational excellence and customer service standards.. Prioritizes and allocates assignments for the Onboarding Coordinators, following best practices. Ensures compliance of the onboarding process by monitoring outcomes, ensuing adherence of organizational policies, as well as, other federal and state requirements, i.e. Joint Commission, background criminal guidelines, licensing/certification requirements, etc. Conducts frequent audits that measure success. Reports on outcomes and provides recommendations on areas of improvement. Participates in projects related to onboarding compliance, recruitment analytics, TA operations and process improvement. Qualifications License/Registration/Certification Not applicable Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required. Experience At least 2-3 years of healthcare onboarding operations and leading teams experience. Prior HR experience and training required. Proven experience managing complex projects/programs. Experience with Workday Recruiting module preferred.Benefits:
