Job Description

OVERVIEW
The F&I Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the company's Finance and Insurance Department. This position will provide a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction and requires superior communication, organization, attention to detail and time management skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to the MarineMax mission, and a passion for working in a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations. Manage and provide support for all F&I-related software programs to ensure smooth operations. Oversee and maintain the F&I compliance program across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards. Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I Department as needed. Collaborate with lender partners and the Business Manager team to resolve aged title and chargeback issues in a timely manner. Coordinate necessary setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures. Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems access, and coordinating training as directed. Prepare, update, and maintain various operational documents and reports. Assist with the creation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Provide support for boat shows, sales events, off-site promotions, and other events as needed. Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor in all interactions with customers, team members, and business partners. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for the F&I Department, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service. Foster positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, helping to achieve high customer satisfaction scores. Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all F&I operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support the F&I department's operations and resolve any issues efficiently.
