If You Are/Have:

Key Qualifications & Experience Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising field teams Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proven ability to prioritize, manage time, and execute in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with both customers and internal leadership teams Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and handle conflict professionally Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to course correct when needed Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems/tools in daily operations Bilingual is a plus HVAC experience is a plus; strong leadership and field operations experience will be prioritized Additional Requirements Clean driving record with at least 3+ years of driving experience
