Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor — YMW Security South Florida | Full-time YMW Security provides daily on-site protection to institutions, commercial and multi residential properties across South Florida. We're hiring a Field Supervisor to own day-to-day field operations: making sure every post is staffed, every officer is performing, and every site is covered to the standard our clients expect. What you'll do Conduct random, unannounced site checks across all YMW posts — verify officers are on duty, in uniform, alert, and following post orders Audit Daily Activity Reports for completeness and accuracy; flag and address gaps Coordinate scheduling across all sites; ensure 100% post coverage including call-outs, no-shows, and shift swaps Recruit, interview, and hire new security officers Onboard new hires — issue uniforms and equipment, walk them through site-specific post orders, and confirm initial training is complete Serve as the first escalation point for officer performance issues, client concerns, and on-site incidents Be available on-call to respond to urgent staffing gaps or incidents outside normal business hours Requirements Active Florida Class D Security Officer License Active Florida Class G Statewide Firearms License Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle (daily driving across multiple sites) Prior supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military Strong written communication — you'll be reviewing reports daily and writing your own Comfortable with scheduling software and standard business tools Available on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays as situations require Class MB Security Agency Manager License is a plus, not required What we offer Competitive salary based on experience Vehicle allowance and cell phone allowance Health benefits A clear path to senior leadership — YMW is growing and this role is built to scale with the company

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
