Position Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aviation industry, with a

REQUIREMENT

for those who have held a commercial pilot rating. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in B2B sales, P&L analysis, and the hands-on management of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction with an emphasis for all operational aspects of the company. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Oversee B2B sales efforts, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Conduct P&L analysis to ensure financial health and identify areas for improvement. Lead, mentor, and manage while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the aviation community. Interface with top level leadership within Team Reliance.
