Job Description

Job Description This is a one‑year, intensive leadership development role designed to prepare a high‑potential candidate to become the President and part‑owner of a new fire suppression supply and fabrication business. During the first year, you will work hands‑on across two established fire suppression operations, splitting time between locations. You will learn every aspect of the business by doing the work yourself — including warehouse operations, delivery, purchasing, inside and outside sales, fabrication, inventory management, and customer service. This is not a desk job. It is a gritty, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves development program intended for candidates who want full operational ownership and long‑term equity. Only individuals who demonstrate exceptional drive, work ethic, leadership ability, and results will transition into the full President role. Upon successful completion of the training year and purchase of an equity stake, you will launch and lead your own independent local fire sprinkler supply and fabrication company with full P&L responsibility and local decision‑making authority, supported by national resources. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
