Operations Manager (Plumbing / Electrical / HVAC)

$95,000 - $225,000 annually (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing home services organization. This is a leadership opportunity for a proven operator with experience managing teams within a fast-paced residential service business. We're looking for candidates with strong operational leadership experience and a background in one of the following trades: Plumbing Electrical HVAC The ideal candidate has experience working within a Nexstar Network company or has held a management role in a Nexstar-affiliated organization. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations for a residential service business Oversee performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development Manage field and office teams to drive efficiency and growth Develop and coach department managers and team leaders Monitor KPIs, budgets, revenue goals, and operational processes Ensure exceptional customer experience and service execution Support strategic planning, staffing, and company growth initiatives Qualifications Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or senior leadership role within a home service company
Required :
