Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, communicating with clients, managing properties, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our real estate transactions.
  • Duties
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate property transactions.
  • Assist in property management tasks such as coordinating maintenance requests and property showings.
  • Utilize your organizational skills to keep track of listings, contracts, and deadlines.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and updating online listings.
  • Assist in market research activities to stay informed about current real estate trends.
  • Handle inquiries from potential buyers or renters professionally and promptly.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of property management practices and real estate administrative processes.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is a plus
  • Multilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with a diverse client base.
  • Sales experience or understanding of sales processes is beneficial.
