Reservation Specialist/Beach Services

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with making watersports reservations
• Provide information about watersports amenities, rates, and availability
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the reservation system
• Confirm reservations and send confirmation emails to guests
• Handle cancellations and modifications to existing reservations
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding reservations
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes

Beach Services:

• Wash equipment off with fresh water
• Watch guests on the water to ensure safety

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays 1.
