Job Description

Location:
Sarasota, FL (local candidates only)
Salary:
$80k-$90k
Benefits:
Bonus eligibility, PTO, MDV, 401k A boutique hotel in Sarasota, FL is looking for a great Director of Food and Beverage to oversee and run their operations after their renovations this summer.
Requirements:
3+ years of director level experience ideally within similar boutique hotel properties Great leadership skills with high energy and a passion for mentorship and training. Strong financial and analytical skills with hands-on P&L experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop pre-opening timelines, hiring plans, training programs, and operational SOPs. Direct daily operations of all F&B outlets ensuring service, quality, and brand consistency. Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing management and hourly teams.
