Operations & Production Manager

P3 designs and manufactures vehicle-specific performance gauges that respect your car's design. This is a hands-on role that supports the day-to-day operation of P3: Responsibilities include: Final assembly of P3 gauges and accessories Quality control and product inspection Packing and shipping of customer orders Managing fulfillment and production staff workflows Monitoring production quality and accuracy Inventory and supplier verification and management Supporting daily operational activities across the business (And if you bring any other strengths or skills, we'd love to hear about those) Who We're Looking For We hold high standards across everything we do and expect the people we hire to meet them.

You must:

Be reliable, organized, and accountable Have strong attention to detail and consistently catch mistakes before they become problems Take ownership and follow through without constant supervision Be resourceful and able to solve problems independently Be comfortable working with your hands on a daily basis Be able to manage and motivate a small team when needed Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers Genuinely care about doing quality work and getting things right Maintain high standards, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Be a fast learner No specialized experience is required. We'll teach you how we do things. What matters is attention to detail, willingness to learn and exceptional work ethics.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
