The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Juvenile Diversion Alternative Program (JDAP) and Youth Screening program (YSP) within an assigned region. This role focuses on ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality in program execution by working closely with Regional Directors and program supervisors. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in operational support, problem-solving, and maintaining program stability across the region. We are looking for an Regional Operations Manager who must have: Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant experience in human services, social work, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, youth services, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience supporting program operations or teams. Experience in juvenile justice or community-based programs is preferred. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and Auto Insurance Job duties and responsibilities include: Support day-to-day operations across multiple program locations within the region. Work directly with program directors and supervisors to troubleshoot operational issues and improve workflow. Assist in stabilizing programs experiencing staffing or performance challenges. Provide operational coverage and support during vacancies, absences, or periods of high demand. Support the monitoring of program compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards. Assist with audits, desk reviews, and implementation of corrective action plans. Ensure documentation, reporting, and administrative processes are completed accurately and timely. Track and analyze program data, including utilization, outcomes, and performance metrics. Identify trends and communicate findings to Regional Director. Assist in onboarding and training new staff. Identify operational training needs and reinforce best practices. Maintain consistent communication with Regional Director and program directors and supervisors. updates, challenges, and successes to support alignment across the region.

Partner with Regional Director to address operational challenges and priorities. Support program stability during staffing gaps or high-demand periods. Monitor compliance and support quality assurance efforts. Track program performance data and support improvement efforts. Assist with staff training, onboarding, and development needs.
