Restoration Project Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform water mitigation services Perform mold remediation services Perform Fire/Smoke restoration services Dispatch monitor, and manage all mitigation jobs assigned to your respective operation. Directly supervise field technicians, and make certain all work is performed to IICRC industry and franchise standards. Work closely with team, and the local marketing team to support operational growth. Participate and facilitate necessary training for all operational employees. Manage inventory, and maintain all company issued equipment including vehicles to ensure all equipment used is in safe and proper working condition. Lead weekly operational meetings to keep all employees informed, and trained on current standards and procedures. Review and approve weekly time records for all operational employees. Complete employee performance evaluations, and quality assurance inspections on all operational employees. As your operation grows, recruit and hire technicians to support the growth. Must have IICRC certifications:

WRT, ASD, AMRT.

A performance review will be given after 90 days and based on that review, the owners may elect to adjust the discretionary bonus(s) based on overall performance and financial standing of our operation.

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
