Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscapers and provide guidance and direction
- Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, irrigation, and tree care
- Supervise the installation of new landscapes and garden beds
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their landscaping needs are met
- Monitor and maintain equipment and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and grounds keeping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Extensive knowledge of lawn care techniques and irrigation systems
- Proficient in landscape design and installation
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
