This is not a desk job. This is an in the field leadership role. You will spend most of your time out with our crews, checking trucks, visiting job sites, and working directly alongside our Operations Manager to keep the day running smoothly. Our business moves fast. Most of our work is booked within 24 to 48 hours, which means strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly are critical. This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into a larger leadership role as our company continues expanding. What You Will Be Doing Performing quality control checks on trucks, equipment, and job sites Visiting crews in the field to ensure jobs are being completed to company standards Coaching crew leaders and helping maintain strong customer service standards Assisting the Operations Manager with daily logistics and operational needs Helping ensure trucks, uniforms, and equipment meet Stand Up Guys standards Stepping in as a crew leader when needed and assisting with jobs in the field Identifying problems early and helping solve them before they grow What We Are Looking For Strong work ethic and high personal standards Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and guide crews Great communication skills with both customers and team members Ability to stay organized in a fast moving environment Someone who takes ownership and solves problems instead of passing them on Valid driver's license and ability to work in the field Compensation Salary plus performance based bonuses Opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow About Stand Up Guys Stand Up Guys Junk Removal operates across multiple states and continues to expand.
