Role Purpose:
The Area Director of Operations is the primary steward of execution across a group of restaurants. This role exists to ensure that company strategy is translated into consistent performance, strong leadership, disciplined operations, and exceptional hospitality at the restaurant level. The ADO does not run restaurants day to day. The ADO wins by developing strong District Managers/General Managers/Unit Managers, enforcing standards, identifying risk early, and driving consistent execution across the region. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Multi-unit Director in the restaurant industry.
